Chain Conveyors (REDLERs)
Chain conveyors are designed to transport such as cereal meal, powder, granular and powdery material of smaller sizes (wood chips, grain, scrap, ash, granules).
Chain conveyors consist of the following parts: driving part, stretch part, middle part, the transport chain, invasion and assault, safety equipment. The lower part is fitted vysokootěrovým plastic for increased durability.
Finish:
Standard are available in galvanized,
according to an agreement made of steel grade 11 with coating (powder coating) - RAL Choice
or galvanized + powder color - duplex system. The coating systems are currently one of the most - with extended durability and visual effect.
The drive chain conveyor consists of a gearbox and electric motor (mostly LENZE).
Electric power according to the size and length of the conveyor.
Conveyors are not delivered as self-supporting, must be stored in a suitable design and props.

Road Transport
We are able to take customers products to paintshop before paintwork. After paintwork we carry products back to customer. For road transport we have cars FORD TRANSIT with loading limit 1.7 tons and DAF with loading limit 4.5 tons and loading area 6100 x 2400 mm
